BOOKING POLICY Each cubicle/room is allocated for a specific treatment. In order to secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required and 48 hours notice if cancellation or rescheduling is necessary.
LATE ARRIVALS Arriving late may result in a reduction of treatment time or a forfeit of your deposit.

MOBILE PHONES & VALUABLES Please switch off your mobile phone whilst in the salon, both for your relaxation and the comfort of others. Remove all jewellery and place it in your handbag.
IN-SALON PAYMENT OPTIONS Cash, Eftpos, Mastercard and Visa accepted. Amex cards carry a surcharge. Minimum transaction with a card is $20.00. Phone appointments with deposit on card accepted.
